To make a reservation and hold your spot at Heavenly H2O only 50% is due now for all reservations more than 30 days from the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. 

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
